Small Business Workshop: Recruitment
This workshop will clearly explain the stages of the recruitment and selection process to help you get the right type of people working with you.
This small business workshop is offered by Campbelltown City Council in partnership with MacPac HR.
The workshop will explore the stages of the recruitment and selection process and current best practice in relation to each stage, including what is needed to run an effective recruitment interview.
Participants will gain a basic understanding into what documentation and records should be created and maintained, as well as what steps to implement to ensure a fair and equitable process is undertaken.
About the presenter – Clare McCabe
Clare commenced her career in the Banking and Finance industry, taking on numerous operational roles and gaining management and leadership experience across a number of supervisory and management roles.
Having successfully gained a Bachelor of Business degree (Human Resources / Industrial Relations) and a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Clare moved into Human Resources roles and gained extensive experience across a number of large organisations working in Australia and internationally.
Established in 2008, MacPac HR works with the leaders and managers of organisations to create strong foundations that will enable sustainable growth and continued success.
As a corporate trainer and coach, Clare focuses on the need for education and development at both an organisation and individual level. With a real passion for developing the next generation of leaders, MacPac HR works closely with each client to identify the areas for development, creating tailored programs to achieve results.
