Small Business Workshop: Peformance Management and Feedback
This workshop will cover everything from the performance of individuals and departments, through to the functioning of the whole organisation.
This small business workshop is offered by Campbelltown City Council in partnership with MacPac HR.
Performance management encompasses everything from the performance of individuals and departments to the whole organisation. Participants will discover how linking personal goals to those held by the organisation increases motivation and engagement, as well as productivity and profitability.
The workshop includes an awareness of best practice regarding the process of performance appraisals and constructive feedback.
About the presenter – Clare McCabe
Clare commenced her career in the Banking and Finance industry, taking on numerous operational roles and gaining management and leadership experience across a number of supervisory and management roles.
Having successfully gained a Bachelor of Business degree (Human Resources / Industrial Relations) and a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Clare moved into Human Resources roles and gained extensive experience across a number of large organisations working in Australia and internationally.
Established in 2008, MacPac HR works with the leaders and managers of organisations to create strong foundations that will enable sustainable growth and continued success.
As a corporate trainer and coach, Clare focuses on the need for education and development at both an organisation and individual level. With a real passion for developing the next generation of leaders, MacPac HR works closely with each client to identify the areas for development, creating tailored programs to achieve results.
Please note: this workshop is a 5pm arrival for a 5.30pm start time.
